Company History

ISCC was founded in 2007 with the financial backing of Brantley Partners and Harper Investments I. Founded in 1987, Brantley’s investment philosophy is to partner with entrepreneurs and management teams that are committed to creating major enterprises via investments in their organization which will yield long-term capital appreciation for these individuals.

ISCC is led by CEO Ron Harper, a seasoned industry veteran

In the late 1990s; Ron was President of Recall – Americas, leading an industry consolidation effort. When Ron joined Recall’s ownership organization, Brambles, the information management business consisted of 10 disparate acquisitions. Ron subsequently completed 9 additional acquisitions and integrated them into one business. Most recently, Ron was CEO of Pinkerton Government Services.

Ron is focused on building a national company that has local managers serving local customers. He has led organizations in multiple industries and this de-centralized operational philosophy has successfully served those companies' stakeholders (customers, employees and owners) since 1991. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Jennifer LePage, Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer LePage brings over 25 years of financial experience to ISCC. Jennifer has held senior financial management positions in a variety of industries and was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG. Most recently, she was CFO of a publishing entity backed by private equity. Prior to that, she was CFO for Pinkerton Government Services. Jennifer graduated from The University of Akron and is a certified public accountant.

Richard Henderson, Chief Operating Officer

As COO of ISCC, Richard Henderson brings a lifetime of industry experience in information management. Richard has prior experience as the Director of Operations at DocuData Solutions, a General Manager at GRM Information Management and the Director of North American Operations at Recall. Richard is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
